The staff at a local Wound Care clinic told me that Dr. Tobin was the best for diabetic foot wounds. I became his patient and my wound has healed. I drive 50 miles to see him, but after having diabetes for almost 60 years , I have learned to go anywhere for the best diabetic medical treatment. He is thorough, kind and brilliant.
